Die Aufenthaltsräume sind sehr schön eingerichtet und das Personal ist freundlich

Es lag ein fremder Hausschuh in unserem Zimmer. Ein einzelner Schuh, kein Paar. Der Abfluss der Dusche hat so gestunken, dass jeden Morgen erst mal das Wasser eine Weile laufen musste, bevor wir das Bad benutzen konnten. Wir sind an einem Feiertag abends um 19 Uhr angekommen und hatten nicht einmal eine Flasche Wasser im Zimmer.
