Em geral o hotel, apesar de antigo, é bem estruturado. Possui uma localização boa, com uma vista incrível para o Rio Tietê (limpo nessa região)

O único ponto que realmente incomodou foi que fomos alojados em um quarto bem ao lado da piscina, o que não seria um problema se não fosse a equipe do bar ligar o som em um volume que beirou o insuportável, tocando música de gosto bastante duvidoso. Isso foi no final da tarde e não havia hóspedes no bar ou na piscina, ou seja, a música alta era para a própria equipe do bar/cozinha
