Please note that parking is limited to 1 car per room with an extra charge of 15 BRL per night. Shuttles and buses are not accepted. Pets may be accommodate only upon request. When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 50 BRL per pet, per (night) applies. Please note that a maximum of 2 pet(s) is allowed. Please note that the property can only allow pets with a maximum weight of 7 kilos. According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs. A deposit may be required at the property.
