What an amazing hotel and beautiful and thoughtful owners . Myself and my son arrived the week before Christmas 2024 . we arrived earlier than expected which should of been well before normal check in time however , this was not a problem and we were greeted by name in the most welcoming manner that I have only ever encountered in the best world wide 5 star hotels such as the Peninsular Hotels / Bangkok /Hong Kong or Gstaad Palace . The room was more of a suite than a room , impeccably decorated with the most amazing mountain views . The restaurant was all you would expect and more for both breakfast and dinner but i would recommend pushing the boat out a little for the a la carte as the personal table service is extra special and well worth it . Myself and my son love this hotel and cannot wait to visit again . See you soon guys Big Al & little Al

The Arthotel Elizabeth offers a sublime experience to compliment a week on the ski slopes of this magnificent resort. Fine cuisine, excellent wines, comfy rooms and a great location create the basis for a wonderful stay. The hotel is rated at a fully-deserved 5 stars but it is the staff and service that make it most memorable. Nikola, Sacha and Bee are wonderful in the restaurant but everyone else from cleaning, reception, boot room, ski hire shop work seamlessly together to make the stay pretty near perfect. We stayed for 7 nights via Crysral Ski and are delighted to have found a treasure in this hotel and resort. I hope more Brits discover how great this place is.

Breakfast was good. The staff at breakfast and especially the one at the bar was very friendly and helping. I would say the one who went beyond expectations and walk an extra-mile to help us was the bartender.

Noise and also value price comparison and facility details is not really a 5 star but more like a very good 4 star.

It was the best family vacation of the winter season. This hotel is just my delight. The people who work there are not employees, they are one big friendly family. It was a great Christmas. Thanks for the vibe to the owners of the hotel Eliza and Julia. Thanks to Nikolai for constant attention in the restaurant. Thanks to Erwin for helping in the Ski Room. It was very nice. If I could give it a 100 rating, I would.

A top hotel with a difference... very intimate and attentive, from check in to check out. Excellent cuisine and a very exclusive wine list and very courteous staff, ski in, ski out! Pure lifestyle! You can reach everything from the hotel on foot. Lots of art, very modern, just something different!

Wow wow wow! We have just returned back to the UK, after an incredible week at the Elizabeth Art Hotel. The moment you walk in you are greeted with fresh flowers, impressive art work, scented candles, and beaming smiles from the staff. Everyone from the front desk, to the amazing housekeeping team, and the restaurant staff all went above and beyond to make our stay feel special. We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival that we were checked into a better room than we were expecting - thank you so much for this brilliant addition to our holiday. Breakfast is a buffet scenario, with a huge choice to get you ready for your day on the slopes. The evening meal is an impressive SIX courses, each one presented like art and tasting sublime. On the first night we informed staff that my partner was a vegetarian, and then every night that followed they would have the veggie menu waiting for us. Special shout out to the restaurant manager who always checked in with us, and also to Michael who gave us really exceptional service and always presented a friendly manner and brilliant multilingual skills. Before arriving there were a few things we weren’t 100% clear on, so hopefully this helps: - GUESTS - We thought we might be the only British guests but we were one of several. The majority of the guests seemed to be German and Austrian. A few young families arrived towards the weekend, but the majority of the week was child free (outside school holidays). - SKIING - Unlike French resorts, Ischgl is very much “in the valley” so there wasn’t really any snow at hotel level when we visited in mid-March. Instead you get one of the two gondolas opposite the hotel in the morning, which whips you up to the main ski area in 10-20 mins where there is an abundance of snow. We really enjoyed skiing into Switzerland which is super easy to locate on the map, so would definitely recommend getting the lift pass which allows access here. - SKI IN / SKI OUT - I wouldn’t really call this ski in/ski out… but then none of the hotels in Ischgl are. You only have a few steps to walk from the hotel to the gondola in the morning. We preferred the Fimba gondola (a 3 minute walk), rather than the one directly opposite the hotel as this was usually quieter in the mornings and took you to the main ski hub. You can then ski all the way down to the hotel at the end of the day and walk a few steps back to the hotel… but we found this final lower mountain stretch quite tricky even for advanced skiers. Most people tend to take off their skis in the main mountain skiing area, and get the gondola back down. It provided entertainment to watch the brave skiers and boarders attempt this from our balcony in the afternoon. - LOCATION - You couldn’t ask for better. You’re directly opposite the two main gondolas. The walk to the main town is around 10 mins. - BOOT ROOM - You aren’t provided with lockers. Instead you have an area to hang your skiis and boots. Although secure, we would have preferred lockers. The ski hire shop is located just off reception. - SPA - INCREDIBLE. The photos don’t do it justice. We enjoyed many sessions in the infinity pool, sauna and steam room (and a few lovely naps on the comfortable beds too!) There isn’t a hot tub, which it does feel would elevate this l experience even more. Maybe they will install one outside on the roof in the future? - SCHATZI BAR - Where to begin? You won’t visit anywhere like it. Before we arrived, we couldn’t understand how a 5 star hotel could have a crazy club in the basement? How would we sleep?Through some wizardry, you genuinely can’t hear anything when your balcony doors are closed. And better yet, the music stops at 8pm. We really enjoyed our nightly visits, although our heads didn’t thank us for all the jäger bombs. Shout out to the star of Schatzi, Lenule 🌟 Like many other bars in the valley, Schatzi only takes cash for anything below €30. This really was a 5 star experience.
