Bardzo czysto, bardzo wygodne łóżka. Piękne miejsce

The owners and staff were very friendly and service was great! Food at the restaurant was very good, and the breakfast was good too. The room was clean and functional, albeit small. We'd definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area again. Highly recommended!

Booking.com listing states check-out is at 12h, the printed notification posted in the hotel states check-out is at 11AM, but we were actually asked to vacate the room at 10AM. This is obviously a mistake in the listing and the printed notification, but is definitely something to be aware of and we hope it will be corrected. They did give us 30min extra to pack due to the last-minute notice so it was not a huge deal in the end. Most of the staff don't speak English which may be an issue to some travellers.

Nach dem ersten Schock, dass die Unterkunft 3,5km außerhalb von Savognin lag, konnte uns der freundliche Empfang der Besitzer wieder versöhnen. Der Patron hat uns in Savognin abgeholt, da wir zu Fuß unterwegs waren. Das Zimmer war freundlich eingerichtet, es war alles vorhanden, was man brauchte. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet. Danke, dass es möglich war, bereits um 7Uhr ein Frühstück zu bekommen.

Alles wunderbar - wir kommen wieder

Il posto è carstteristico ed in ottima posizione. Si mangia benissimo! Colazione varia e ricca con dolce e salato. Il nostro appartamento, in stile svizzero, era molto grande, attrezzato e pulito. Abbiamo dormito davvero bene. La signora Monica, la proprietaria, è super gentile e ti trasmette allegria e serenità. Abbiamo chiaccherato un po' e si è creato subito un feeling. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Quando siamo partiti per continuare il nostro giro della Svizzera, come una mamma premurosa, ci ha abbracciato e ci ha addirittura detto: "Buon viaggio e guidate piano!" Credo che gestire un'attività con capacità, grinta e sentimento sia il modo giusto per fare la differenza in un mondo dove l'accoglienza non è più quella "vera" di un tempo.
