O proprietário é sincero e simpático. O local é agradável. O hóspede fica livre para entrar e sair, pois leva as chaves.

Talvez melhorar a velocidade da internet para a TV. Finalizar as obras da sala do café da manhã. Talvez deixar, no quarto, pequena brochura com algumas dicas, sugestões e informações turísticas de Penedo.
