Eu acho que fazer uma reserva tendo que depositar o valor integral deve ser acompanhado de políticas de devolução adequada. O Local se livrou do problema deixando toda a responsabilidade para o Booking. E a plataforma também nao se responsabiliza. O consumidor fica totalmente desprotegido em uma negociação assim.

Não cheguei a me hospedar. Falo aqui sobre o tratamento sobre o cancelamento da reserva, coisa comum de acontecer quando falamos sobre pousadas que oferecem este tipo deserviço.
