Preljubazno osoblje, prijateljski raspoloženo. Odlična hrana. Sve je lijepo čisto.

Osoblje ne čisti sobe svakog dana kao što je inače u hotelima, ne mijenja vrećicu za smeće, ne kupi ručnike. Fali sadržaja u sobama, npr vješalica.
