Getting quite run down . Could have been cleaner.

Still struggling to get a refund. Not problem of the hotel but booking,com. Very slow response. Hard to reach booking.com

We were booked here for 3 nights in January. Unfortunately, we had an accident while driving out to Cardston, and South Country Inn was incredibly helpful and made our situation much easier to deal with. You won't find nicer people in the hotel business, I promise you. The gentleman I dealt with (not sure if he is the owner or manager) was honorable and very customer-oriented. If I were travelling to Cardston again, I would stay here in a heartbeat. If kindness, ethics and principles matter to you, I would highly recommend South Country Inn. You won't be disappointed.

Front desk staff was awesome. She cleaned our room because cleaning staff had gone home

The room was super dirty and hadn't been cleaned properly. Pool and hot tub were closed indefinitely... would've been nice to know prior to booking

A nice, old school hotel with AC, pool and ice machine. They took my last minute booking the same day.

Very annoyed with booking.com. they said they lined up rooms beside each other for our family. Booking.com didn't. The hotel said they had no record, and so our small family of 5 was split on different floors, on opposite ends. Awful start to our holiday.

Booking.com didn't follow through, or hotel lied. Either way not good. It is still to be determined if booking.com will.honor the 10% they said they would cover. The hotel charged full pop, and booking.com said they would reimburse us the difference. That is still to be seen

I liked how accommodating they were when I had problems with another hotel in town. They keep walk in rooms available just in case for that reason.

The bathroom garbage hadn’t been changed from previous guest. There were fingernail clippings on the bathroom counter. There was a green chunk of booger in the bathroom sink along with hair. The tub barely drained, and there’s a dirt mark all around the tub because of it. THERE ARE COCKROACHES

I should have booked a main floor room as I have a hard time with stairs, My fault. Had a lot of channels on the TV but no idea as to which ones were available. Some channels had green, yellow, red, or no stripes, not sure what that was about, no explanation!
