Il personale gentile alla reception.

La vasca era molto macchiata tanto da sembrare sporchissima. Forse era davvero sporca o forse solo macchiata non saprei dire. Purtroppo non ho potuto fare foto. Per fortuna avevo ciabatte da piscina perché per mettere i piedi li dentro ci voleva del coraggio. L’ho fatto presente alla reception. Mi sarei aspettata uno sconto. Assolutamente inaccettabile proporre un bagno del genere. Peccato perché avrei dato un punteggio più alto nel l’insieme.

We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and the room was clean enough.

Strong musty smell hits you when you first enter the room, but air conditioning makes it tolerable. Shower must have been clogged and didn't drain well at all, which was off-putting. Didn't love that the exit we were closest to had the smoking receptacle right by the door so we'd sometimes walk straight through cigarette smoke to get to our vehicle. My biggest gripe was that they double charged us for our room and even after confirming with them that we needed a refund, it took more back and forth weeks later when I realized they never actually refunded us.

Old, carpet smells , A/C not working well , no elevator just stairs

There was air conditioning which were not too loud. We got two rooms which was nice.
