Les lits étaient inconfortables, surtout les oreillers qui étaient très usés, très plats et pas confortables du tout. J’ai même dû plier le matelas pour avoir un minimum de soutien. Il faisait vraiment très chaud et il n’y avait aucun système pour régler la température dans la chambre. Le prix est très élevé pour une nuit très chaude et peu confortable.

L'accueil lors de notre arrivée. L'hôtel est proche du Lac de Thoune et la chambre cosy et calme (côté route du moins). Place de parc a proximité. Nous avons très bien mangé au restaurant de l'hôtel (je le recommande) avec des produits locaux en grande majorité et un service avec le sourire. Petit déjeuner à table très bien présenté.

The property is located in a beautiful area, just 50 meters from the bus stop and right opposite a hotel. The rooms are kept very clean, and the staff are extremely friendly. They always do their best to maintain great service.

The hotel prices are quite high, and the property has an old-style charm but could use some updates. The breakfast menu is limited, with mostly bread items. It would be nice to see more variety and some changes to the menu.

View on Thunsee was beautiful it was also very quiet and adjacent to the bus stop

Beds weren’t very comfortable, limited breakfast variety and offered quite late, isolated and far from any major towns

Super Sicht auf den Thuner See. Zimmer hatte eigene Terrasse. Zimmer sauber und Bett bequem. Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe und Fähre auch nicht weit.

Etwas unpersönlich und das Hotel ist zwischen Bahn und Straße eingequetscht. Trotzdem nachts recht ruhig gewesen.
