Very large rooms.

Customers smoke everywhere. Hardly any English spoken. No restaurants around. You need to get a taxi to nearby town to eat something decent.

The staff were just amazing, kind and helpful. We arrived a little bit late and she helped us to buy food online. She is just amazing person, she doesn’t speak English very well but she tried to help us with the translator.

We took a taxi from the airport and the taxi driver took us with the long way, we paid tools gate for 23 yuan and the taxi fare we paid 198yuan. And I was disappointed, i thought the place is very far away but the taxi driver cheated on us 😢.

Nothing, just avoid this place

It’s the worst hotel for foreigners. I ordered a private transfer from hotel one month in advance, but when I arrived the driver told me that we have to wait another passenger but he doesn’t know how long. It was middle of the night and I plan to spend night in the hotel not on the parking lot. The place where hotel located is very far from the city, there is no Didi taxi here. So you have to wait a taxi for 30-40 minutes. The room is not clean enough and has terrible smoking smell.

The hotel staff did their best to make our stay comfortable and helped us so much. Wonderful kind lady staff helped us to order Chinese food and it was amazing with big portions. The Hotel was clean and nearby city area and some restaurants were nearby but they only accept alipay and other Chinese pay methods. There are lots of things to explore around if you have time and stay longer. They also give you discounts if you’re gonna car share with other hotel guests and their pickup and drop off car facilities was good. We’re really happy we stayed here :)

The toilet and bathroom had no privacy due to glass wall you could see other persons business clearly. Due to some shower water leakage the floor got quite wet and slippery so we had to put towel to solve the problem. :(

It's a cute place, high tech room with huge windows and beautuful view. It's clean, spacious, there is everything you need. The stuff is nice and friendly. It's about 25 minutes from tianfu airport. The hotel orginized my transfer from and to the aiport for fair price. The breakfast is good. I enjoy my stay, i recommend the place, especially with these prices - i was surprised how cool it is for its money!

It was a little bit cold at night, but there is a warm blanket, so sleeping was fine, and it got warm as the sun goes up

About location. Distance to Chengdu downtown is the only issue I had. I wish it would have been a little closer or closer to one of the metro stations.
