Very nice rooms for the price. Clean, quiet and bed was comfortable. Tims across the road and restaurant beside hotel although I didn't eat there so I can't comment on the food there.

The room was well renovated, beautiful furnishings and no carpet!

Some road noise, noise from pipes or something in the suite. No coffee in room but Tim Hortons right across the street. Great access to everything you need.

Nothing at all, the office lady was absolutely horrible and rude.

Everything, it was grungy and dirty and smelled bad.

I was there for 7 days, they only cleaned my room once on day 6 after I complained. It was gross. When I first got to the hotel, they gave me a dirty room that immediately needed to be switched.

I like the decor and feel of the place. It was very recently renovated, and done so tastefully.

No tea, coffee, or coffee maker in the room, which seemed unusual. Kitchen was very well done, but lacked items for use by occupants. Very little soap and shampoo provided (only enough for one person, even though two of us stayed there).
