Location is fine , you get a Lucerne City card prior to arrival enabling you to use unlimited local buses, the number 6 and 8 buses have a stop half block from the hotel. Also there is a Migros a block away so you can buy sandwiches and salads relatively cheaply. Staff was friendly. Room is basic, no individual temperature control, no microwave, but there was a minifridge.

rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floor, no elevator. They do have a wheelchair lift on the stairs but it’s a climb for any other mobility challenged person.

Clean, location, reception staff

Bed were pretty basic Bathroom shower has shower curtain outside of the tray so no matter what you do you will end up splashing water outside of the tray
