für den Tourismushotspot Luzern ein Geheimtipp! Das Seminarhotel wird von einem Arbeitsintegrationsprojekt betrieben. Gute Anbindung an öffentlichen Verkehr, im Stadtbereich mit Hotelkarte gratis.

Die Zimmer sind etwas ringhörig. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ungenügend betreut, wohl wegen Betrieb über Pfingsten, die Küche war nicht bedient.

Room was very clean. Hotel was easy to find, instructions were good. Staff were very helpful.

No kettle in the room, we had to pay for tea and coffee

The room was clean and comfortable for an overnight stay. About 10 min drive from the city centre but in a quiet area and there is a bus almost in front of the hotel to go to the centre. The city discounts provided for hotel guests was a good addition and allows free public transportation.

Some expected items such as no lift, no kettle in the room.

"Average stay with very basic facilities and rooms"

The hotel was clean and the surrounding was good. Very limited interactions with staff but they were alright.

No AC, no lift, no water bottles, no hot water kettle in the room. Rooms are basic with a very very basic interior. Not too many restaurant close by. House keeping was average. Priced high compared to what it offers
