Rhombus Park Aura Chengdu Hotel

Booked as normal arrived and checked in handed my credit card to pay for 3 rooms for 3 nights for my family, then I was told that I had to pay a deposit get it back on check out, checked out no deposit. . I know it can take time with international banking put 11 days. I rang the hotel they insisted it was refunded Ok just send me some kind of proof nothing.

The room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the location was great.

We love the location of this hotel. It is just opposite the atrium, with shops and a few restaurants. Lots of shops and restaurants down the street. Chunxi road, IFS and taikoo li are just two blocks away. It is walking distance to Jin Li old street too. There is a panda bookshop about 200m from the hotel and a bus stop just in front of the hotel but we didn't try taking the bus. The room was huge, we love the bathtub and double sinks. There are a few choices of pillows which not many hotels will offer. Breakfast was not fantastic but good enough to fill our tummies. We will definitely book this hotel if we visit Chengdu again.
