Very clean hotel in excellent location with comfortable accommodation

Television and Internet did not work and our room was changed as a result. The gallery rooms in the roof space have very steep steps between the sleeping area and the bathroom. On our visit the room was extremely cold. My credit card was charged twice before checkout when I was asked to pay yet again. While the earlier charges were refunded, they had not been refunded to my account by the time I checked out and the front desk staff were inflexible and demanding.
