The staff were exceptional—professional, friendly, and always willing to help. The room was outstanding. It was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. We truly enjoyed our stay. Our room had a wonderful view overlooking the lake, which made our experience even more memorable. The complimentary public transportation pass was an excellent benefit and made getting around the city very convenient. We enjoyed our stay so much that we will definitely return in the future. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zurich. Overall, the hotel is located in an excellent area, was extremely clean and well-maintained, offered fantastic views, and provided outstanding service. We genuinely enjoyed every moment of our stay and would like to thank the entire team for their hospitality. We are certain that we will be back again within the next few months.

This is one of the very few hotels where I genuinely cannot think of any significant negative points to mention. Our overall experience was excellent, and the hotel exceeded our expectations in almost every aspect. From the location and cleanliness to the room quality, lake view, and outstanding staff, everything was handled to a very high standard. We felt comfortable, welcomed, and well cared for throughout our stay. I would not hesitate to stay here again and would gladly recommend this hotel to family, friends, colleagues, and fellow travelers.

The woman at the reception was very helpful, answering all my questions and giving great advice about the cable cars and mountain peaks worth visiting nearby. The location of the hotel is spectacular. The lake and the surrounding mountains are truly breathtaking and can hardly leave anyone untouched. The breakfast was tasty and offered a great variety of dishes.

The hotel refused to check me in just one hour before the official check-in time. I understand that there are rules, but considering the heavy rain outside, it felt quite unfriendly, and I had to wait in a restaurant instead. The reception is closed at night, which can be inconvenient. Sound insulation is not very good — you can hear people talking in the corridor and doors slamming. The hairdryer was quite old and stopped working on the second day of my stay.
