Location was great . Breakfast was great.

I am not sure whether it’s the hotel or booking.com which didn’t work as we booked two rooms for four adults but the hotel said the booking shows one adult in each room and they charged about 100 CHF per room for second person. I will definitely dispute this with booking.com

The view was really good and the staff very friendly and helpful. The location was also good if you don't want to be in the city.....very peaceful! The size of the room was also great!

The cleanliness could be better. The room was very dusty , and even after cleaning it still didn't feel very clean. Dust all over our things after the morning cleaning. Other than that it was a good stay.

"Amazing experience, total relaxation"

Have been coming here for the second time and it's always an exceptional experience. The chalet is very comfortable, the lake view is amazing. The staff is amazingly caring and professional. Always feel really welcome which is a nice feeling. The room that we had was amazingly spacious.

The only downside was the work being done outside that we could hear a little bit in the background but still bearable.
