Hotel Brienzersee

The view and the staff.

The pillows were very flat.

From initially meeting one of the owners Marc to a phone call from Lyndsey about something we had forgotten the standard of service was excellent and went beyond expectations The facilities are as you expect ,the cleanliness was first rate,the breakfast was fresh and comprehensive plus good parking made this an excellent choice for our break i The views over the lake are breathtaking

Views from the hotel and close to train station. Also, the breakfast was very complete

Missing air conditioning. It was hot inside the room. But we borrowed a fan.

Everything was amazing , but the view was the best!!! The owners were always around and helpful. There was a really nice breakfast spread . Extra bonus was it was a 5 minute walk to train- bus and the boat that goes around the lake. One of the best stays we have had in Switzerland!!

Everything was perfect.

الموظفين ودودين جداً مارك ديفيد والموظفة اللي معهم نسيت اسمها ومتساعدين حصل لي ظرف وتاخرت طيارتي ووافقوا يأجلون لي الحجز يوم مع ان حجزي غير قابل للإلغاء او التعديل وكذلك سهلين في تسجيل الدخول والإطلالة لا تصدق من جمالها والفطور جيد جداً كذلك بس انتبهوا تنسون الكرت إذا بتتاخرون بالرجعة عشان يفتح الأوتيل لكم لان مافيه موظفين بعد 9 تفتحون بالبطاقة

كل شيء جميل حتى المواقف تفتح النفس وكثيرة ومجانية

الافطار محدود جدا، اللحف لا يتوفر لحاف مزدوج و السرير مهترء و غير مريح

Eu e meu namorado tivemos uma estadia espetacular. A localização é incrível, com vista deslumbrante do lago Brienz, bem localizado, ao lado de estação de trem e ponto de ônibus. O café da manhã é um dos melhores que já tivemos, amplamente diverso e gostoso. O principal elogio, por sua vez, fica por conta dos funcionários: são os mais gentis que já tive contato em uma hospedagem, gostaria de parabenizar a todos pela educação, gentileza e acolhimento. Vocês tornaram nossa primeira vez na Suíça um conto de fadas. Certamente voltaremos!
