The facility was amazing! It’s located right next to the valley and has amazing views of the Jungfrau. The staff was great and breakfast was wonderful. It definitely worked for us.

Wonderful place to stay in a perfect location.

The breakfast was surprisingly good. The location was fine -- great view, and walkable to everything (Mürren isn't that large, and this facility is essentially in the center). Staff was friendly.

The rooms were much more spartan than we expected. It felt like a barely furnished, *bare*, small college dorm room. Shared, minimalistic toilets and showers, a sink in the room but no soap, torn (holes?) sheet on the bed, a floofy and mostly useless pillow, and one heavy comforter and no ability to regulate the climate -- so too hot on warm nights. But the most challenging aspect was that for the first three days, the facility was essentially overrun by older teens/young adults on some sort of "camp". They were apparently unregulated by the few adults in charge and therefore awake and noisy outside and in the hallways until approximately 2am each night. once their group departed on Sunday, the facility became much more peaceful, and took on a nearly abandoned feel.

Outstanding staff and location super close to the beautiful trails and the tennis courts with the best views ever.
