Breathtaking view next to hotel, the best panorama during breakfast, never had something more beautiful during breakfast 😊 staff are very friendly and smiling, ready always to help. Breakfast was served in really pretty dishes, it was tasty. Room looks good and cozy. I red reviews about hotel before booking and we decided to eat dinner also at hotel ( i booked the table 1 week before our visit and was right because the restaurant was full) and it was so tasty beef with white mushrooms souse and potato.

Hospitality was so high, staff are so kind and helpfull. Breakfasts were excellent. Free parking also exists. It was a great pleasure really.

The situation of this hotel in beautiful rural countryside was perfect as we were en route from Tirol to Lake Maggiore. The hotel manageress was most welcoming and helpful.

It was a bit more basic than we had expected for the price and unfortunately we left our Ipad behind which was never found even when we phoned just a few hours later.

The food was exceptional and made the stay worth the money (for Switzerland)

Unfriendly atmosphere. 1. I was there on a business trip. On check-out my Swiss credit card from one of the biggest companies in the region was not accepted by their card readers. I was in unfriendly, rude manner blamed my card would be blocked and not working. They didn't allow me to pay by bill and transfer later and I didn't have enough cash in Swiss Franks. I called my nearby company headquarter. They confirmed everything with the card is fine. The hotel staff came again with one of their card readers and it suddenly accepted the card. They didn't excuse or anything for wrongly blaming me for card failure. 2. Delicious breakfast is only available from relatively late hour on. For my working days it was too late, so I received breakfast package prepared the day before. It was ok, but not comparable to the breakfast I could at least enjoy the last morning of my stay 3. Accidentially I did the booking for one day too long and only realized at check-out. I had to pay the full price, they didn't compromise. Booking.com recontacted the hotel twice and no reaction from hotel site. Sure, it was my fault, still it would have be been nice compromising the price. As it was WEF Davos week, the costs were quite high 4. My locals Swiss colleagues were not surprised about my experience as explained in 1. They as well felt treated unfriedly when going to this hotel for dinner for example.
