Hotel Sterne has a gorgeous view, outstanding rooms, and an excellent location near Interlaken and Lauterbrunnen. The staff was outstanding; Vlad helped accommodated our special requests, helped us navigate the area and provided excellent recommendations for the area. We felt safe and cared for at Hotel Sterne!

Great view and Vlad is a great host with many great suggestions of what to do and see in the area

The facilities are very simple and the doors to the balcony is small so it is not so easy to see the view. Better pillows would be nice.
