Public parking is available in the valley, and charges may apply. - In summer, Alpinhotel Bort can be accessed by car, preferably with a four-wheel drive, via a narrow mountain road. - Pets are allowed only in the rooms. - WiFi is available free of charge for one device per room. -Private parking is available on site (the parking fee is CHF 10 per car/night). A deposit may be required at the property.

This place has been the highlight of our eurotrip. A hidden gem in the Alps. Conveniently located at the second cable car station. The hotel by itself was like a classic cabin on the outside and fully renovated on the inside. Rooms were impeccable and staff was really friendly.

Eiger View Room has true Eiger views! Outside there is stunning scenery in every direction, never a dull moment up there. Very comfy beds, modern and thoughtful interior, clean, super friendly attentive staff. Handily located next to First Gondola mid-station, but we came up by car, wow what a drive! Thoroughly enjoyed dining at the restaurant, breakfast was nice too. Great location for sunrise & sunset!

Steak too juicy, lobster too succulent! No negatives really but watch out for Trottibikes if driving up.
