"Everything perfect except that the staff does not know what they are talking about."

Everything was just perfect. The room, the breakfast, all good.

Unfortunately the staff is, besides very friendly, not very knowledgeable when it comes to know the area. I asked for mthe direction to join the B27.........and I was sent to Livignio in Italy. It better to say to a client that you dont know the answer to a question instead of giving wrong informations.

Hôtel très bien placé au centre de Zernez. Personnel très agréable et aux petits soins pour les clients. Décoration et bâtiment rustique dans un style traditionnel de la région.

Pas dramatique mais c’est clair que ne pas avoir de salle de bain dans la chambre est un peu moins confortable. Bâtiment un peu ancien donc moins bien isolé au niveau du bruit, à prendre en compte si on veut être 100% au calme pour le repos.
