The location.

The management didn't collect the city tax from my wedding guests, whom I booked a room for, and then harassed me for four days after our wedding for 50 books to pay it immediately, as if anyone would not pay CHF 50.

War im Apartment sehr warm trotz Dyson-Ventilator in den tropischen Nächten.

The location, the rooms, the cleanliness, the facilities - all great. It was my third time booking here. Only big negative is the lack of staff (which for this price there should be a reception).

There is no staff or reception (we arrived at 17, so not late). For this price, it's really unacceptable not to have a staff member to help or welcome guests. Noone answering calls either.
