Bloom Hotel has a great location in Messeplatz — around a 10-minute walk to the Rhine River and the Old Town, which made it very convenient for exploring the area. I appreciated the complimentary water, chocolates (M&M’s), as well as the coffee and tea provided. The room also had useful amenities such as towels, an iron, and an ironing board for clothes. The reception staff were probably one of the highlights of the stay — very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We requested an extra pillow and they granted our request quickly. The rooms were also clean and comfortable. One thing to note is that there is no air conditioning, but a fan is provided in the room. Overall, a pleasant stay with excellent service and a convenient location.

Honestly, nothing. I can’t fault this hotel — everything met my expectations, and the staff and service made the stay even better.
