My stay was extremely disappointing and did not meet expectations in several important areas. The first issue was the parking charge. Guests are required to pay 10 CHF for parking, which was an unexpected additional expense. Upon entering the property, I was immediately met with a strong damp and mouldy smell throughout the building. The odour was so unpleasant that I genuinely felt unwell after staying there. The room itself was exceptionally small, with very limited space to move around comfortably. Basic amenities that most guests would reasonably expect were also missing, including a television, soap, and a hairdryer. There were damp, stained patches on the ceilings of both my bedroom and bathroom. No wonder it smelled damp and mouldy. I had a shower this morning and 8 hours later I can still smell that smell. My suitcase and clothes stink of it now.. The service was another major let-down. While one younger member of staff was friendly and helpful, the rest of the team provided a poor customer experience. One particularly frustrating incident occurred while guests were eating and drinking outside. When it started raining, a member of staff closed the canopy without asking anyone if they were comfortable with this decision. As a result, guests and their meals were exposed to the rain. At the same time, the outdoor umbrellas were removed, leaving people with no shelter. Perhaps the biggest disappointment was the outdoor lakeside area that is prominently featured in the property’s photographs. The images create the impression of a beautiful and relaxing waterfront setting. In reality, the area looked neglected, unsafe, and nothing like what was advertised. The difference between the promotional photos and the actual condition of the property was significant and, in my opinion, highly misleading. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing accommodation experiences I have had.

Die Lage ist super und sehr praktisch dass es Restaurant hat

Das Zimmer hat nur ein Lavabo, dafür das Wc und Dusche am Gang und man teilt es sich mit zwei anderen Zimmern . Dies ist aber nirgends bei zimmerbeschreibung erwähnt worden, zumindest hab ich es nicht gesehen. Hätte ich es gewusst , hätte ich hier nicht gebucht . WLAN… angelblicj vorhanden , uns ist es nicht gelungen sich einzuwählen. Frühstück … es als vegetarisch zu bezeichnen obwohl KEIN Stück Gemüse getischt wird ist aus meiner Sicht sehr gewagt . Personal … im Hotel kaum jemand vorhanden , die Mitarbeiterin die uns ins Zimmer begleitet hat hat kein Wort deutsch verstanden .
