We are having major difficulty paying the hotel for our room charges. Upon check out, we returned the key, met with the owner who assured us that our charges were settled. We now understand that he was mistaken and is trying to arrange a means of payment. We need to do so with a secured system. Can we pay through booking.com and you can forward the payment to him?
