Отличное расположение отеля, все в шаговой доступности. Номера уютные, чистые. Думали будет шумно, совсем нет, ощущение что в отели ты один)очень тихо и спокойно! Писали в отзывах, что по долгу ждать лифт, совем нет, такой проблемы не было, ждали максимум пол минуты пару раз, а так лифт приезжает сразу же) Уборка номера была ежедневно, приносили новые тапочки, меняли постельное белье, пополняли все принадлежности каждый день! При этом ни разу не побеспокоили и персонал по клинингу мы не видели. Завтраки хорошие, выбор есть) Очень хочется отметить работу персонала на ресепшн! Какие классные ребята, помогали с любым вопросом! Говорили через переводчик. Отдельная огромная благодарность девушке Инжу! Умничка! Помогала с любым вопросом! Улетели, забыли в номере ноутбук, Инжу была на связи, всячески пыталась решить проблему, как его нам отправить. Спасибо Инжу! Надеюсь руководство читает отзывы и поощряет своих сотрудников. Спасибо, нам все очень понравилось!🫶🏼
