"Tolles Frühstück, freundlicher Service, leider nach Kloake stinkendem Zimmer was Hotel bekannt war!"

Das Frühstück betand aus einem tollen Buffet mit einer riesigen Auswahl, alles geschmachtlich sehr gut und frisch. Die Bedienungen trotz sehr regem Betrieb sehr freundlich und sehr aufmerksam.

Das Zimmer und vor allem das Bad hatte zeitweise einen unerträglichen Geruch wie aus einer Kloake. Als wir an der Rezeption darauf hinwiesen, wurde uns lediglich mitgeteilt, dass das Problem bekannt sei und sie es dem Chef weitergibt. Das war es - geht so gar nicht und hat uns den Aufenthalt leider stark vermiesst. Solche Zimmer sollten erst gar nicht vermietet werden bis das Problem gelöst ist. Zeugt nicht gerade von Respekt den Gästen gegenüber. Daher leider Punktabzüge für Personal, Sauberkeit und Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
