La facilité d'accès à l'établissement et à la chambre. Propreté du lieu. Frigo dans la chambre.

Difficulté pour la télévision dans une langue non connue et manque de chaines en français. Manque de savon pour les mains (réservoir pas rempli). Manque d'indication pour trouver la cuisine dans le bâtiment 16.

J'avais envoyé à l'avance un mail avec mon numéro de plaque pour bénéficier du parking gratuit, mais le numéro de plaque n'a pas été pris en compte et j'ai eu un problème pour quitter le parking. Heureusement cela a pu être réglé.

le matelas était vraiment très confortable et j'ai très bien dormi. la chambre N°9 était spécialement agréable avec ces nombreuses fenêtres
