Personal muy muy atento y agradable

Zona con bastante ruido y la carpintería de aluminio no era de buena calidad y se filtraba mucho el ruido.

Devrais investir en double vitrage pour que tout soit parfait. Le bruit. Peut empêcher de dormir.

It is in a very central location surrounded with great restaurants and cafes.

It is a very loud area due to the structure of the hotel, your bathroom and toilet are not closed off, an open structure to the street so all sound comes in. It is covered by plants. The windows are not double glazing so you are essentially sleeping on the street due to the amount of sound. The room we checked into was lovely until we saw that there was hair in the bed. This was remedied by a member of staff straight away. Though it should not have happened. Knowing this, and our short stay at the hotel, the staff was not amicable to our request for an hour or 2 late checkout to aid us before our flight. We found this to be unreasonable considering the circumstances we found the room. Also a lack of attention to detail. We were three people yet the amenities provided were for one, and we had to request it ourselves.

Lo que más me gustó del hotel fue la ubicación, es un barrio animado con muchos locales, cafés y restaurantes donde se comer muy bien y se puede pasar un buen rato

Lo que menos me gustó del hotel es la poca insonorización que tiene, cuando vas a echar una siesta o a dormir es como si estuvieras en la calle, tienes todo el ruido en la habitación, día y noche :( y el servicio de recepción bastante deficiente y una actitud del recepcionista (chico) bastante penosa, más preocupado por su teléfono móvil que del servicio que presta. Como anécdota; estuve llamando cuatro horas antes de llegar al hotel para consultar un par de cosas, y nadie me contestó al teléfono que aparece(hice una 6 llamadas), después envié un whatsapp que me respondieron un tiempo después.

Está muy bien ubicado y el hotel es muy bonito u cómodo

Hay mucho ruido en la noche, todos los cuartos dan a la calle y no está bien insonorizado, fue un poco difícil dormir

Hotel modern de disseny ben situat a 10 minuts del metro, zona amb restaurants.

Molt disseny però poc pràctic, per exemple, cal deixar la maleta a terra, bany i dutxa oberts a l' exterior, hi ha cuina però casi sense estris, no es pot emprar. Esmorzar no inclos.
