The hotel is in a great location right next to the river, with the boat pier directly in front of the property. It is very convenient for catching a boat, especially at sunset. Bus 61 stops just around the corner, and it takes only 7 minutes to reach Spiez train station. If you arrive from the station, the hotel is also within an easy 16-minute walk. Spiez Castle is only a 5-minute walk away and offers beautiful views of the entire town. The staff are very kind, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Our balcony had a wonderful lake view, which was the highlight of our stay. This hotel is a great choice for a relaxing vacation.

Der Balkon mit der Sicht auf die Bucht hat für alles was nur mittelmässig war entschädigt. Sehr gute Betten.

Fabulous location and very big, clean and well appointed room. Staff helped greatly with tour advice.

No lift available. Getting our luggage up 2 flights of stairs was tough with no offer of help after asking if there was a lift and the reply was "it's only 2 lots of stairs". We are over 60 years of age and avoid this when possible so we do not get an injury.
