La distancia del centro histórico es muy grande, camas muy bajas

Die Dame, die beim Frühstück im Haus war liess sich viel zu wenig blicken, nur wenn noch andere Gäste zum Frühstücken kamen. Sie trug unmögliche Kleidung ( Trainer, fast schon Pyjama) und sie roch leider sehr streng. Kein guter Start in den Tag. Ansonsten war aber alles in Ordnung.

It looks like an amazing hotel on pictures and that’s why we booked this hotel. In reality it’s not that. Service and hotel was ok. Kind people, thank you. the breakfast should not be listed as part of the room booking deal, there were a few people in the morning and there were just 7 slices of meat, 2 slices left of cheese… when we asked for more the server said that’s all we have, not enough yogurt, coffee you need to look for a server to ask it every time you want more, it was not a welcome stay. I think you can do this better, even a radio in the morning or a music would make this better. Also, why servers were hiding?? So customers do not ask them anything? You can make it better , I would also change advertising and make it welcoming to say like this, although hotel is old, but has a welcome place and charm, and change your breakfast, not having fried eggs as an option and only boiled is not good.

Please see above! If I would be you, I would incorporate some of my recommendations. Switzerland such a beautiful country, and I am positive if you make a hot breakfast, with lovely servers, music and more smiles your hotel will bring more clients and more income. Try it🙂

Hotel bien situé, près des centres commerciaux et de la gare.

La chambre très bruyante car elle donne sur une route principale. Je suppose qu'en hiver c'est mieuzx car on dort la fanêtre fermée.

Nice hotel, cozy rooms, clean, very well connected with public transport. There are a couple of markets and restaurants nearby. Breakfast is okay. Perfect for short stays.
