The cabin they gave me was not suitable for children, very dangerous. I was unable to enjoy at all

"Spectacular views on the lake and the rock"

We stayed one night as part of our Colombian trip. The place is around 10-15min journey by tuktuk from the town (about 1 hr walk but would not recommend walking as roads do not have pavements!). It is unfortunate that the road leading to the hotel is a dirt track with many holes, so it is difficult to get there by taxi (and even tuktuks are not very keen to go there). Aparat from that the place is amazing! We stayed in the apartment, and it had spectacular views on the lake and the rock! The place was clean and had everything that you might need including fully stocked minibar! You can swim in the lake and the rock is a short walk away. Remember, youll have to make your own breakfast (it does say that in the description of the room). You'll be given a couple of eggs, bread rolls and some other breads and cheese to compose your breakfast in the room. You can then have it on your little balcony with an amazing view. The place has a good wifi, and even though they dont speak English, Google translate does the job!

Location of that place is absolutely stunning and spectacular. Views from the balcony are mind blowing and hospitality level of the staff is extremely high. Not only were we welcomed with the coffee, but we got also a taxi provided to Medellin airport, breakfast in the room, help with the luggage and all the input about neighbourhood. So grateful!

We very much regret we stayed only one night.

Awesome view from the cabin, outdoor patio over the lake with a view of la piedra. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Basic kitchen with everything needed to cook.

Neighbors can be a bit noisy.
