We had an absolutely fantastic stay. Hotel Isabella Tayrona is an authentic and family run hotel - and the family members and staff are the best part. They are so lovely and kind, and make you feel right at home. The food is absolutely delicious, the rooms are clean and spacious, the pool is refreshing after a long day of hiking. Would 100% recommend. We even had an unexpected medical emergency on our last day and the staff helped and supported us so much - going above and beyond!

Very strange feelings. We really liked the hotel itself and its beautiful tropical surroundings. The food were super delicious. The staff are so busy and hard working here that no one had time to accompany us to the room after check in. Sometimes it seemed that we were bothering them.

One night we couldn’t sleep till 4 am because of the party on the ground floor of our cottage. The neighbours were very loud so it seemed that they are inside of our room. The room had no glass, only wooden blinds, so the noise was tremendous. The participants of the party were not from this room. The staff gave this room with a large outdoor terrace for the party because this cottage is further from the other hotel’s rooms. Maybe I’m wrong, but that’s how it seemed to us.

The hotel itself is very quiet and beautiful, the setting with the swimming pool is amazing. The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was very tasty. Overall a very good value for money.

There was no hot water in the showers.

Die Mitarbeiterinnen waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir konnten unser Gepäck dort lagern, während wir im Nationalpark und beim Lost City Trek wandern waren. Der Wäscheservice war auch gut, allerdings etwas teuer. Das Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr lecker. Der Pool und das Ambiente haben uns gut gefallen!

Das Zimmer ist recht dunkel und verfügt über kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten.
