Hotel San Ignacio Plaza

The room was small, but clean. We loved the breakfast, the portions were very generous, including fruit, beverages, eggs and bread. We were very well attended during breakfast. The check-in and checkout were very quick.

We didn't find the TV remote, we were told the hotel included parking, but it was at a different location, and when we arrived at night for the check-in the parking place had closed, so they gave us a second option to park around 2-3 blocks away, but they only covered a fraction of the cost. So we did have to pay extra for this. The location is ok, but at nigh it was a little scary, there were many street people around the area

The location is very convenient, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was quite good, and the hotel overall is comfortable and welcoming.

There was no hot water in the shower, and there was some very loud construction being done on our floor. The single electrical outlet is hidden behind one of the beds, which makes it difficult to find and inconvenient, as both our phones had to charge on one person's bed because the cords would not reach the bedside table or desk. Also, the bedside table blocked the balcony, and the desk blocked the closet.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They very patiently helped us troubleshoot transport issues when no buses were running on Good Friday. Also a great breakfast.

I think is necessary to have a little more amenities in the bathroom.
