The location was excellent very close to the train station

The food facilities were poor Breakfast has to be pre ordered but it was reasonable However, rest of the day nothing is available They keep referring you to a pizza joint around the corner but that’s not what you expect The hotel restaurant is there on paper but does not work Second, the owner stays at Fribourg He is rude, arrogant and discourteous He is simply bothered about making money and not about the comforts and needs of the travellers They charged an extra 50 CHF for late check out without even once mentioning that they would do so

Das Frühstück ist ausgewogen, vielfältig, und absolut genügend. Es wird nachgefragt für Nachschlag, und der Kaffee schmeckt hervorragend. Besonders gut ist die Ruhe, und die perfekte Sauberkeit des Zimmers. Alle Mitarbeitenden, inklusive der Head Chief Herr Fluri, sind geborene Gastgeber, und gehen auch auf spezielle Bedürfnisse, auch in meinem und meiner Frau's schwierigen Situation ein. Danke viel mal und mit höflicher Empfehlungen.. Gerne immer wieder!

Es gibt nichts, was uns/mir "nicht" gefallen hätte...

Нас зустріла дуже приємна пані. Ми дуже вдячні їй, бо заселялись дуже пізно, але вона ввічливо все допомогла, розказала де можна повечеряти в таку пізню годину. Ми були з собакою, порода Лабрадор, проблем не було з поселенням. В номері чисто, тепло і добре пахне. Розміщення зручне і зрозуміле, парковка біля готелю. Гарний інтернет. Рекомендую 👌

"A lovely host and lovely hotel in the hills."

Our host was amazing for late night access and support and help - free coffee for breakfast if you do not take breakfast was a nice touch.Parking outside for free was good. The hotel is very nice, clean, warm and just nice.
