Beautiful hotel, right in the city center and walking distance from everything. Staff was nice and welcoming, our room was modern and spotless clean. Rich and good quality breakfast. Nothing to complain at all!

Great location in the middle of Andermatt. Room was lovely and beautifully furnished and decorated - all very smart and new-looking. Breakfast was good, with eggs and bacon cooked on-demand as well as a good buffet.

Hotel was not staffed until 3pm and we had to entertain ourselves elsewhere when we arrived a couple of hours before that. The major problem was that the guttering outside our room was badly designed and made a horrible noise every time it rained and then for a while afterwards as water dropped onto metal right outside our window. It rained a lot that night and we didn't get much sleep as a result.

A male managed to access our bedroom with an electronic key whilst we were in bed. The staff could not determine how it happened but said they would check the system.

Air con not easily adjustable it was locked at a fixed temp and a bit too hot for sleeping.
