Extremely friendly, kind and helpful personal. Every minute you feel so welcomed there. The kitchen is highly above average!

Negligible … The only thing that come on my mind is some hangers for a jacket in the room.

Lovely breakfast with helpful staff. Accommodated a very late arrival time in resort and called the same day to check that we’d understood the directions and where we could find the key. Really convenient for the buses, stop right outside the hotel.

Would have been nice to have another hot option in addition to eggs at breakfast.

the room was very spacious, clean and with nice mountain view. And warm :)! Breakfast was good, and the restaurant is very good (book in advance!). Position is very very nice, bus is in front and in 1 stop brings you to the ski area, otherwise you can walk in only 10 min. Ski room is small, but ok for the size of the hotel.

pillows and beds were not very very comfortable, rather too soft. Breakfast choice could be better, including eggs dishes in the standard offer and not as add on cost
