L accueil et le cadre de l hôtel. Nous avons été très bien renseignés par la dame de l accueil qui nous a expliqué les avantages de la carte d hôte. Nous avons pu voyager gratuitement dans tout le canton de Neuchâtel, visiter les musées et faire une croisière sur le lac.... de plus nous avons pu commander une pizza car tous les restaurants étaient fermés et nous avons été installés dans le salon de l hôtel pour la manger. Très jolie chambre. Très calme et très bon petit déjeuner

Il y a quelques petites rénovations à faire Le robinet de la salle de bain et une des prises électriques.

Hotel très agréable. Personnel très accueillant. Nous avons logé sous les toits et c'était un peu bas de plafond. Impossible de se doucher vraiment. 2 place de parking seulement (mais nous avons eu de la chance). Le lac de Neufchatel est accessible à pied. Possibilité de prendre le petit-déjeuner.

Tarif Suisse même si l'hotel fait partie des logements les moins chers du coin.

La gentillesse du propriétaire ainsi que la propreté des lieux!

Baignoire sympathique, il n’est par contre pas possible de s’y tenir debout totalement
