Les échanges chaleureux avec la sommelière

L’accueil très antipathique de la tenancière. En outre, la facturation d’un supplément de 40.- (communiquée à notre arrivée uniquement et non dans les échanges précédents) pour pouvoir prendre la chambre plus tôt dans la journée est très décevante en sachant que la majorité des chambres avaient été réservées pour notre mariage.

L'hôtel nous a attribué une chambre avec un défaut connu (store du vélux cassé dans la chambre 10, cf. les précédents commentaires sur ce site), ce qui a eu pour conséquence que la lumière rentrait dans la chambre, sur le lit, dès 5h45 du matin et donc impossible de dormir plus tard. Malgré plusieurs demandes à l'hôtel sur place, puis des emails, aucune solution ne nous a été proposée et les propriétaires ont refusés d'assumer toute responsabilité.
