Excelente ubicación.

Olor al humedad en la habitación ,el desayuno muy regular y el último día ingresaron unos turistas a alojarse a las 2 a.m. y no dejaron dormir con sus ruidos excesivos

La ubicación y la limpieza

Que se reserva una habitación para 2 adultos y una niña de 6 años, información que claramente se expone al momento de reservar y cuando llegamos al hotel era una habitación con una cama doble, ni siquiera era una extra grande y nos dicen que en la reserva estaba que se trataba de una sola cama, entonces para que piden el número de personas y como pueden pensar que dos adultos y un niño de 6 años se pueden acomodar en una sola cama. Fue necesario pagar una cama adicional. Muy mal está situacion

La ubicación y la atención del personal

El aire acondicionado tiene mal olor, se ve súper sucio, requiere mantenimiento, las paredes estaban sucias, el baño no tiene ventilación, solo tiene canales locales en el TV, las toallas estaban viejas y rotas, recomiendo un espejo adicional fuera del baño.
