Location and room views is good. The breakfast is very nice.

When showering,water easily seeps out of the curtains.

La chambre audesus de la bar est très bruyante, même après 11pm. De plus, 5 jours après le séjour, j’ai trouvé des poux dans mon corps. Pendant ces jours ou semaines, j’ai passé seulement une nuit dehors chez moi.

A vista do hotel é muito bonita e a localização é excelente, principalmente para quem pretende utilizar trem durante a viagem. O hotel é mais antigo, mas muito bem conservado, e os quartos são espaçosos e confortáveis. O café da manhã também foi um destaque, com bastante variedade e opções de qualidade. Outro ponto positivo foi a equipe: muitos funcionários falam português, o que facilita bastante a comunicação, especialmente porque o hotel possui algumas regras e orientações específicas.

O único ponto negativo foi o chuveiro, já que a temperatura da água variava bastante entre quente e fria mesmo sem mexer no misturador.

No sound insulation between rooms. Sounded like the folks next door were in our room! Pathetic curtain (which was too short) surrounding shower. Water all over the floor. Why not a proper shower cubicle?

The location is perfect if we travel by bus or train. It is also near groceries and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable with a vintage vibe for those who love vintage style. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

The room did not have air conditioning.

I chose this facility primarily for its central location and ease of use.

What I disliked about the facility was this: Despite explaining the specific situation I experienced during my trip, which I had planned with great expectations, they couldn't understand me. They lack empathy. Ultimately, I still have a dream of taking the same trip. If you want me to choose you again, you should have helped me, but you didn't

Very close to the train station. Great staff, everyone was friendly and most helpful. Food was excellent. The decor is largely antiques- furniture and decorations. Very quiet and clean.
