CHI was looking for a place to stay overnight as I got lost with a train and was a bit intoxicated (not aggressive). Initially went to the hotel, but learned they have no place. I've eaten a good lunch there (cordon bleu). I checked on Booking and there was a place available, so I booked it and paid immediately. When I came to the desk again, I learned there is not space, my money was not returned and police was called.
Pretending there is no space even there is space available. Not accepting guests even after they paid.
