Great location, great views, great staff/family

In Olympia suite, the toilet is not adjacent to the master bedroom. Need more air movement when sun is out, or extra fans or add a/c

I booked this hotel primarily because of the reviews and feel compelled to leave one of my own. We had the most wonderful stay here. This is a quiet hotel just on the outskirts of town. Perfect location to hike and explore, which we did. It would also be an unbeatable location in the winter for skiing, literally right across the street from the gondola station. The room felt spacious and homey and the large window allowed us to see the Matterhorn from the bed! The bed was comfortable. Room service breakfast is included and brought promptly to the room at the time requested. The breakfast far exceeded our expectations. For such a small hotel, we could not believe the extent of the spa facilities. The spa area is large and fully equipped, with a beautiful sunroom to lounge in. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Town is an enjoyable short walk from the hotel if you are able bodied. We wish we had more time here and would not hesitate to book again!

We visited Suitenhotel Zurbriggen for the 4th time to celebrate our wedding anniversary and do some hiking. Such an incredibly special place. It is located such that it has totally unobstructed views of the Matterhorn. It is next to the Klein Matterhorn gondola. The rooms are spacious, very well appointed, comfortable. Great beds and bathroom. Wonderful kitchenette. The pool, hot tub and showers are wonderful. The food is fantastic. And the hosts Moni and Permin Zurbriggen are welcoming and gracious hosts. We will be back.

Welcome Getränk als Empfang, herrlich mit Blick aufs Matterhorn. Sehr authentisch geführtes Familienhotel mit sportlicher Historie. Sehr freundliche Familie und Mitarbeiter. Das Fondue Abends auf dem Zimmer war hervorragend. Wellnessbereich sehr gepflegt, toller Garten zum rausgehen mit Blick aufs Matterhorn und Jacuzzi.

Das Bett hätte etwas weicher sein können für uns. Ansonsten alles Top.
