Die Aussicht war grandios!

Das Abendessen ging deutluch zu lang. Musste endlos auf die Pasta warten, obwohl nur 5 andere Gäste da waren. Man hat sich entschuldigt, aber anderen ging es auch so.

The view is amazing, the room is clean, the food is good, the staff is cheerful and nice, the location is close to a bus station and the hotel provided a city pass for public transport. I loved my stay in this hotel, would definitely recommend. I must point out to how well kept the furniture is, although old, but it was in great shape and quite clean, it reminded me of my childhood home built in the 90s so that was a warm sensation.

My only regret is that i didn't book in advance so i couldn't get a room with a view on the lake, but next time will definitely plan that ahead.

Vue exceptionrelle, transports publics gratuits, bus devant la porte, moins de 25 min jusqu'au centre ville. Deux repas excellents. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié.

Przemiła obsługa , czysty basen , piękny widok z balkonu . Autobusy do centrum lugano jadące prosto spod hotelu .

Sehr freundliches Personal, Essen im Restaurant top! Busanbindung zum Ort sehr gut. Toller Seeblick.

Der Lärm der Straße war extrem. Ebenso unangenehm das Zimmer unter dem Restaurant (jedes Stühlerücken war zu hören). Zusätzliche Kaffeekapseln extrem überteuert!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und im Frühstücksraum waren mit hervorragender Sicht platziert. Liebevolles Hotel
