The Staff is very courteous and the hotel has a great location. The rooms very clean. The bed super comfortable. Would recommend to any friend or colleague.

Fantastic location, friendly and helpful staff..A short stroll away from the central square and all the churches, in the heart of a buzzing neighborhood at night with bars, clubs and restaurants - during the day a bit more sedate but a modern shopping centre right across the road and plenty to do.

When I first arrived in Pasto from Cali, I was a little dismayed at how cold and grey it felt. Once I settled in and the sun shone that feeling soon passed and I really enjoyed my time in the city..

Bed is very comfortable and room is clean.

I payed 200.000 Pesos per night during the carnival in pasto and planned on staying for 2 nights at the hotel. One night my friend stayed over (in the room I payed for) whos' phone got stolen and he had nowhere to sleep. The lady opened the door for us that night and the next day the owner/manager of the hostel got very angry and wanted me to pay 100.000 Pesos more per night because he stayed in my room for 1 night even tough I have already payed quite a lot for the accommodation. His attitude and behaviour was more than unfriendly and arrogant. This whole situation was very uncomfortable, disrespectful and I got overcharged a lot! Would definately not recommend staying at the hotel if you are a foreigner!

Only the location. Unfortunately, everything else was absolutely and definitely not to the quality you would expect from a hotel.

There were many things to mention that I would not know where to start. 1- Accomodation was requested for two people, they gave us accomodation for one person and expect us to stay there - based on the reason that it was carnivals - and so everybody stay like this with no complaints - I understood there were carnivals and so, the expectations lower to a point where the guest must accomodate, so, we requested a compensation, to what they reject with no gap for negotiations. The accomodation was for one person most importantly because they only provide 1 pillow. i asked for a second pillow as we were two people, they said no and that we needed to accomodate with only 1 pillow. this was very disappointing not to mention hurting as I had one very bad night. 2. Already mentioned about the only one pillow they supplied, asked for a second one to what they said they could not supply. they yet expected us to pay in full the booking with no compensation whatsoever. 3. Their security system was faulty that the alarm went slightly off every 20-30 minutes randomly. 4. At night the hot water is very low or non existing. 5. From early in the morning, staff communicate with each other via radio. radios (walkie talkie) were with a high volume, the halls are so tiny and so close to the rooms that you could hear loudly absolutely everything. so, when it comes to rest, this is not the place to be. when it comes to accomodate two people be aware you could get unlucky to get one pillow (stingy hotel?) unfortunately I would not recommend this hotel to any of my friends - or any other person. regardless.
