Het hotel is uitmuntend mooi gelegen (vooraan het meer, achteraan Pilatusberg), en is vlot bereikbaar. De kamer werd gerenoveerd, maar niet geheel (de airco is aanwezig (vrij luidruchtig), maar enigszins amateuristisch via het raam naar buiten geleid) Een comfortabele goede badkamer met inloopdouche. Een ruim voorzien ontbijt, mogelijk op het terras met adembenemend uitzicht. Het hotel heeft ook een goede parkingplaats en prima restaurant. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

De airco is wel erg luidruchtig en neemt veel plaats in in de kamer. Het bed is geen meevaller: matras niet ideaal en het geheel kraakt en piept.

Hotel nie posiada recepcji – kontakt z obsługą odbywa się wyłącznie telefonicznie. Niestety osoba, z którą mieliśmy kontakt, nie była zbyt uprzejma, a klucz do pokoju można otrzymać dopiero po przekazaniu kodu do skrytki, na który musieliśmy dość długo czekać. Dodatkowym problemem była opłata za parking w wysokości 10 CHF za pojazd. Informacja o tej opłacie nie była widoczna podczas dokonywania rezerwacji – została przekazana dopiero przy zameldowaniu. Co więcej, hotel uzależnia wydanie kodu do skrytki z kluczami od wcześniejszego uiszczenia tej opłaty. Dodatkowo otrzymaliśmy informację, że za opłacenie parkingu tego samego dnia przysługuje 50% rabatu, jednak mimo spełnienia tego warunku hotel odmówił później zastosowania obiecanej zniżki i zwrotu różnicy. Cała sytuacja pozostawiła bardzo nieprzyjemne wrażenie.

Het is een zeer mooi hotel op een prachtige locatie aan het meer van Luzern. Het personeel is enorm vriendelijk en attent, het eten zeer lekker en het appartement zeer ruim, mooi en praktisch. We mochten onze motoren in de garage zetten waar we heel dankbaar voor zijn. Kortom een perfecte stop op onze doorreis en en we komen zeker nog eens terug !
